Question:  How much do you charge for your services?

We charge a flat-rate fee of $49.99 for most of our services that fall within a 2-hour service period.  If there is a need to work beyond this, we will assess a $25.00 hourly charge which is far below the industry standard.  In any case, we are flexible and will work with you to determine a fair amount on a case-by-case basis to provide you the most cost-effective charge.

Question:  How long does it normally take to complete a service?

It depends on the service provided, but generally the same day or next, depending on if we are waiting for parts.  If you would like a much faster turnaround service, we offer an "Express Service" at a higher rate.  If there are any additional unforeseeable problems which are encountered, it may take longer.  What we will do is inform you immediately after discovering such an event.

Question:  What is your Customer Referral Program all about?

The Customer Referral Program allows existing customers to promote our outstanding service to new customers in the community in exchange for a 10% discount toward any future service provided by us.

Question:  What forms of payment for your services to you accept?

Currently, we accept cash and Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card payments through PayPal.

Question:  What is remote control access for remote service and support?

Remote control is a form of secure 128-bit encrypted remote access using end-to-end or computer-to-computer services that allows us to connect to your computer from a distant location to provide troubleshooting and training services without having to be physically with you at your location.

Question:  Can you perform services not listed or offered?

There are services we provide that may not be listed.  If a service is beyond our technical abilities or expertise, we have the ability to outsource the service to one of our specialized service providers.
